LIT is more than just leadership training—it is a family. A community of young adults committed to serving, growing, and discovering their unique role in the body of Christ.
Program Details:
• Runs from late August to early April (beginning in 2026)
• Commitment of six to eight hours per week (flexible for work and college schedules)
• Meets at the West Michigan YFC office with ministry site involvement
• Focus on leadership, discipleship, community, and ministry training
• Open to young adults ages 18-24
This is for alumni who are nominated by their site director, GRIL U alumni, and those who are interested in serving in YFC middle school programs. Ideal for those wanting to grow in leadership, build community, and be discipled to become disciple-makers. This program is built for young leaders who want to deepen their faith, serve in ministry, and find their place in God’s mission—whether through college, work, or volunteering.
Program runs from September – April

• Weekly Gatherings – (2026 dates and locations TBD)
• Hands-On Ministry – Serve at a ministry site one to two times per week
• Mentorship and Coaching – Receive training and support in your leadership journey
